The Fund
The Resilient LA Delta Fund is designed to ensure widespread access to the necessary financial resources to rebuild to the highest levels of wildfire safety and help preserve insurability. This is the evidence-based IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home Plus standard. The fund will be administered by local partners and offer a variety of funding and financing tools depending on homeowner needs.
We aim for it to be available to all Altadena and Palisades property owners impacted by the recent fires.

The Event
Join us June 24-25th for a convening dedicated to the development of a funding and financing strategy to rebuild homes to be insurable and resilient. The event will include the broad coalition necessary to drive innovative strategies for resilient rebuilding: community leaders, policymakers, builders, investors, lenders and insurers.
