The Fund
The Resilient LA Delta Fund is designed to ensure widespread access to the necessary financial resources required to rebuild to the highest levels of wildfire safety and help preserve insurability. This means rebuilding to the evidence-based IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home Plus standard. The $250M fund will be created through a combination of loans and grants and administered by local partners to offer funding and financing tools to meet a variety of homeowner needs.
The aim is for the fund to be available to all Altadena and Palisades property owners impacted by the recent fires.

The Event
Join us June 24-25th for an event focused on developing a funding strategy to make Los Angeles insurable and resilient following the recent fires. The event is designed to include local and visiting leaders from across local government, development, philanthropy, capital markets, insurance, finance, and the broader LA and fire community to collaborate on strategies to finance retrofits, leverage insurance and other co-beneficiaries, and reimagine a scalable capital stack for resilience.
Come to LA this June to join the growing coalition of individuals and organizations that share a steadfast commitment to creating communities safer from wildfire.
